Beginner/Novice - Moderate Intensity
BEGINNER BOXING
Learn boxing fundamentals, footwork, and proper form while building endurance and stamina. Open to new members and beginners (one-month of training and under).

Intermediate/Advanced - High Intensity
INTERMEDIATE BOXING
Refining advanced technique, footwork, and combinations to sharpen speed and power. Open to intermediate and advanced levels only (minimum one month of beginner boxing classes required).

Intermediate - High Intensity
MITT WORK
Sharpen your accuracy, speed and reflexes with dynamic boxing combinations on the mitts. Intermediate level and up.

All Levels - High Intensity
HEAVY BAG WORK
Heavy bag drills that will test your stamina as you work through diverse punch combinations. All levels welcome.

All Levels - Moderate to High Intensity
BOXING STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Build power, endurance, and agility with boxing-specfiic strength and conditioning exercises. All levels welcome.

All Levels - High Intensity
BOXING CIRCUIT
40-minute circuit-style class consisting of high intensity boxing-focused stations. Boost your endurance and stamina in this quick boxing HIIT. All levels welcome.

Ages 7-12
YOUTH BOXING
Learn proper boxing technique, form, and build confidence through age-appropriate drills and training. For children ages seven to twelve years old.

Ages 13-17
JUNIOR BOXING
Develop technique, build strength, and boost confidence in a safe and controlled environment. For teens ages thirteen to seventeen years old.
